Delete Your Gospel Hub Account

Gospel Hub is developed by Pearlbrains Ltd. This page explains how to request deletion of your Gospel Hub account and the data associated with it.

The fastest way to request deletion is directly from the app — the button below opens Gospel Hub straight to a pre-filled deletion request if it's installed on this device.

Steps to Request Deletion

Open the request form

Tap "Open in Gospel Hub App" above (lands on Contact Us with "Delete My Account" pre-selected), or open the app yourself and go to Settings → Contact Us and choose "Delete My Account". No app? Email us instead — see below.

Confirm your identity

Submit the form using the email address registered to your Gospel Hub account (or include it in your email), so we can verify you're the account holder before deleting anything.

We verify and process your request

Our team reviews the request and may reply asking you to confirm from your registered email if anything is unclear.

Your data is deleted

Your account and associated data (see below) are deleted or anonymised within 30 days of a verified request.

No app installed, or prefer email? Send a request to privacy@gospelhub.app from your registered email address with the subject "Delete My Account".

What Data Is Deleted, and What We Keep

Deleted within 30 days

  • Profile and login information — name, email, username, password, profile photo, bio
  • Your library — favourite songs, albums, artists, and playlists you follow or created
  • Listening and search history
  • Clips you posted, plus your comments and likes on clips and news
  • Notifications and registered devices/sessions
  • Downloaded offline content tied to your account

Retained after deletion

  • Financial and order records (subscription billing history, Shop orders/receipts) — kept for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations.
  • Fraud-prevention and security logs — kept for a limited period to protect the Service and other users.
  • Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics that can no longer be linked back to you.
